A vibrant pink-haired millennial who loves animals, gardening, cooking and crafting. A hostage of the hospitality industry by choice. I love a great food experience, enjoy movies, concerts, and the outdoors. I turned 28 this year and have made the absolute best of the pandemic situation, this is definitely my golden year. My dog Koko and my two cats Cookies and Oreo are my snuggle buddies when I’m home, even though I wish I could take them everywhere. My other hobbies include extreme organization and thrifting.
Q: Please tell us a little bit about your family.
My family is scattered throughout the U.S., with extended family located in Italy, Germany and South Africa. My maternal grandparents moved here from South Africa and started their American dream in Delaware, where my mom was born, and eventually settled near Philadelphia where my grandfather started his own company gearing to reduce industrial pollution globally. My biological father lives in Illinois and my adopted stepfather resides in Boston with his wife and my two younger brothers.
Q: Please tell us about your current, past, or future career. What do you love most about what you do?
I currently work in hospitality, hold an active cosmetology license, and freelance sell my art. I love the service industry for its ability to provide guests with an experience they can’t get at home, and I love to entertain and host. Cosmetology and art are my more creative outlets, and I love the flexibility that they provide.
Q: What are a couple of your favorite restaurants in our community?
I love Antico for stellar pizza, Minato’s in the Smyrna area for sushi, Papi’s for a to-die-for cuban, and I’ve been eating my way through the food market at The Works.
Q: How long have you lived or worked in our community?
I have lived and worked in the area for roughly five years and hope to buy a home here soon.
Q: Who is the most interesting person you’ve met here in our community?
Honestly the chefs that I’ve met working in the service industry have really blown me away with their experience and talent, and have been some of my best mentors.
Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be and why?
I would travel to Greece immediately, I’ve always wanted to see their architecture up close and I love Greek mythology.

Grease is my shameless favorite movie, and What We Do In The Shadows takes the cake for my favorite show, but my guilty pleasure definitely has to be crime shows and murder mysteries.
Q: What advice would you give to people?
Be kind to others, and exceptionally nice to service workers.
Q: What is something on your bucket list?
One day I really want to go see Sakura blossoms in Japan, but I really want to educate myself in Japanese culture before going.
Q: What is your go to band when you cant decide what to listen to?
I listen to a lot of curated Spotify playlists that are mostly electro-pop, but will definitely throw on some classic 2000’s music for cleaning.
Q: If you could choose anyone that is alive today and not a relative; with whom would you love to have lunch? Why? And where locally would y’all meet for this lunch?
I would want to take Megan Thee Stallion to Tiny Lou’s for an intimate meal to pick her brain on business strategy, her money motivations, and to find out what supplement she takes for her knees.
Q: What is your favorite thing or something unique about our community?
My favorite thing about the community here is the diversity, both in people and business. You can always find a new person with an intriguing story, especially with a majority of residents being transplants from other places. Everyone comes together here for a great time and good company.
Q: Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years?
Hopefully settled in a nice big homestead with a mini farm, large garden, and working solely on my creative outlets.
